Following the cancellation by the Government of the Summer 2020 exam season, entries for the exceptional Autumn Exam Season can only be requested by candidates who had their entries withdrawn in the summer.

Due to the pressure on school resources and having to maintain social distancing, we are going to be using a Church hall as our venue a short 10 minute walk away from the school.

We will be asking candidates to wear face coverings when in and around the venue but they can be removed when taking the actual exam.  Invigilators will be wearing some degree of PPE.

With the limitations that this also imposes we can only accommodate entry requests for the following subjects, or different subjects/exam boards if they are scheduled to take place on the same dates and in the same session:

Chemistry AQA 7405

Please email exams@watfordgirls.herts.sch.uk for a registration form which must be returned NO LATER THAN midday on Wednesday 2nd September. Payment will need to be made no later than midday on Friday 4th September – that is the hard deadline for entries. We will not be accepting any late entry requests.

The fees include a non-refundable 10% deposit. This will be retained if you decide to withdraw your request or a situation occurs which is out of our control (pandemic, local lockdown, Government guidance to cancel – this is not an exhaustive list).

I do hope that some of you may find this helpful.
