We are delighted to announce that Fuller life Health & Fitness Centre will re-open on Saturday 25th ​July.

The safety of our team and members is our number one priority, and while things will look a little different, our clubs will continue to provide a high level health and fitness experience.

We will be incorporating extensive cleaning protocols and social distancing practices throughout our club.

Key measures include:

  • Limiting the number of members in certain areas of the club.(See booking system)
  • Online booking system for EVERY activity to ensure social distancing and to avoid overcrowding.
  • Hand sanitiser stations will be located in reception and throughout the club.     
  • Enhanced cleaning schedules to maintain high level of hygiene, particularly across high contact points in the club.
  • Reduced class timetable to allow for social distancing.
  • Toilets & Changing facilities will be open (NO SHOWERS) 
  • We will ask all members to ensure they clean gym equipment, mats and dumbbells before and after use.
  • GYM/ CLASSES RE-OPENING: Saturday 25th July-8am
  • SWIMMING POOL– Monday 27th July 7pm
  • SPORTS HALL– Saturday 25th July-8am
    – Badminton Singles ONLY(No contact or competitive sports)

Fuller Life Health & Fitness Centre has been designed to provide a high quality facility which includes a fully-equipped gym, aerobics studio, swimming pool & sports hall.  We are proud to be able to offer participation opportunities to our parents and to members of the wider community: we hope you enjoy these facilities.

  • Class Descriptions

    BOOT CAMP (Members-Free)
    Military style physical training program where anything goes, it’s sure to push you to your limits.  All levels welcome.


    Bringing outdoor cycling indoors, it’s a high-paced change of speed/tempo class that’s great for burning fat and increasing fitness levels.  All fitness levels welcome

    PILATES  (Members-Free)       BOOK IN AT RECEPTION
    Excellent for toning and strengthening the abdominals and lower back muscles, along with improving flexibility and posture.  All fitness levels welcome

    METAFIT (Members-Free)

    To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with high intensity intervals. This is a 30min bodyweight circuit class, short sharp intervals of hard work followed by a short rest break. You must be willing to push yourself hard and work outside your comfort zone.

    LEGS, BUMS & TUMS (Members-Free)
    The perfect class for those hard to hit areas, a really fun and enjoyable class using a range of equipment from dumbbells to bodybars.  All levels welcome.

    GYM CIRCUITS (Members-Free)
    A circuit class within the main gym, using a range of cardio & resistance machines, excellent for both fat burning and toning.  All fitness levels welcome.

    FITNESS PILATES (Members-Free)
    Using the fitness ‘mini-balls’ this is a excellent class to help strengthen your core/pelvic muscles.


    A combination of cardio, upper, lower and core strength.   All levels welcome.

    If you would like to participate in a class, just turn up at the reception, sign in and enjoy the class.  It’s that simple!

    • Is the gym open to the General Public?

    Yes we are open to the general public, both men and women may join at any time and you don’t have to be connected to the school.

    • How do I join?

    Download the membership form below or collect from the Fuller Life reception.

    Please feel free to pop in during our opening hours and we can show you the facilities and what we have to offer and answer any question or queries you may have.

    • What is ‘School Community’ membership?

    This is for families and any girls that currently attend the school or have previously attended the school.

    • Where is the entrance? 

    Vicarage Road (Car-Park D) Coming off the ring road  DO NOT TURN INTO LADY’S CLOSE – continue along the road and a few hundred yards on the left-hand side there are some big blue gates (Car-Park ‘D’) – turn here.

    • Is there a contract or joining fee?

    No, however we do require one month’s written notice to cancel your membership (email or letter)

    • Are you closed during the half-terms and school holidays?

    No, we operate normal opening times (we do CLOSE on Bank Holiday Mondays)

    • Can we use the Sports Hall for Badminton?

    Yes but it is a limited timetable, due to the priority of external hirers.  Please see in club for full timetable.

    • Are there ‘women only’ sessions?

    Unfortunately not, our facilities are for both men and women (including the pool).
