Fixed Term Contract (2023 – 2024 Academic Year)
Term Time only (35 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm) plus Inset Days (5)
Annual Salary £22,919, Salary Scale H4, Point 6 (inclusive of fringe allowance)
Actual Salary £18,544.95

We are looking for bright, enthusiastic graduates with a passion for making change happen. The role will combine that of cover supervisor and LSA and includes providing classroom supervision to whole classes in the absence of a teacher, offering specific support in certain subjects and establishing a supportive relationship with students.
We would be keen to support you as you develop and apply for a trainee role, subject to interview. We are able to offer excellent support and training and a highly regarded School Direct consortium in which to train in partnership with Hertfordshire University
